A good year for CHINOOK and SILVERS,  AND THIS IS ODD YEAR-2009-, THE YEAR THAT THE HUGE RUN OF PINK SALMON COME THROUGH. THE BIGGEST KINGS WERE CAUGHT IN SEPT. LAST YEAR, WITH THE SALMON SEASON PEAKING IN AUGUST.

A Trophy Fishing Charters was started in 1993 by Captain Monty. We began by launching our charters out of Bellingham and Anacortes, Washington; in 1994 we moved our operation to Friday Harbor. The move to Friday Harbor resulted in improving the overall charter fishing experience by:

• Lowering our charter fishing prices
• Reducing travel time
• Eliminating rough Strait crossings
• Reducing client fatigue
• Increasing fishing time

We cater to several local resorts, large and small companies, foreign organizations, celebrities, as well as the "folks that live down the block"
